If we are not 100% certain of your baby’s gender or cannot see your baby’s face during a 4D scan, we gladly offer our complimentary “come back” guarantee for every gender-determination ultrasound and all of our 4D packages, except for our sneak peek 4D.
If your baby’s position makes gender confirmation difficult or we cannot see your baby’s sweet face during a 4D scan, your ultrasound technician will schedule a complimentary redo visit within 10 days of your original appointment.
This second session is completely free of charge—our gift to you—because we believe every family deserves accurate gender results and an enjoyable experience.

All clients who book a gender-determination ultrasound or a 4D ultrasound with us automatically qualify. There’s no additional fee and no special requirements.
*Our 10-minute 4D sneak peek is the only 4D package that does not qualify. If we are unable to see your baby’s face in these 10 short minutes, then we will downgrade you to our 2D package.
